In deze performance onderzoeken we de wisselwerking tussen klank en beweging.
Beweging wordt vertaald in muziek, die vervolgens weer transformeert in fysieke gebaren. Zo gaan muzikanten en dansers zich met elkaar verbinden, terwijl ze elk hun eigen taal gebruiken. De voorstelling is geïnspireerd door de performance “GHOST TRANCE MUSIC | ROSAS TOOLBOX” in Darmstadt 2023.
This performance will explore the relationship between movement and sound. The movement will be translated into musical gesture and respectively the sound will be transformed into movement.
We are inspired by the “GHOST TRANCE MUSIC | ROSAS TOOLBOX” performance in Darmstadt 2023. We desired to create the same way of communication and connection between the performers while using our own “language” and means, intrigued by the idea that a particular physical movement or gesture can be translated into a sonic form.
